Abstract

The processes of moisture absorption by grain and the major factors influence on an intensification of grain moistening are considered. The estimated dependences of an intensification assessment of wheat grain moisture saturation process before a grinding are received.

Рассмотрены процессы поглощения влаги зерном и основные факторы, влияющие на интенсификацию увлажнения зерна. Получены зависимости по оценке способов интенсификации процесса насыщения зерна пшеницы влагой перед её помолом.
