Abstract

Проведен анализ проблемы психологической подготовки к научной деятельности современных инженерных кадров в области наноматериалов и нанотехнологий. Описана значимость взаимодействия с Центрами коллективного пользования научным оборудованием для формирования психологической готовности к научной деятельности высококвалифицированных инженеров в области наноматериалов и нанотехнологий. Представлены результаты исследования составляющих психологической готовности студентов к научной деятельности в условиях организованного взаимодействия инженерно-физического факультета с Центром коллективного пользования научным оборудованием. У обучающихся выявлены особенности показателей ценностных ориентаций групп студентов с разной степенью удовлетворенности выбором профессии. Рассмотрены показатели профессиональной самореализации научного потенциала будущих инженеров в области наноматериалов и нанотехнологий.

The analysis of problems of a psychological preparation for the scientific activities of modern engineers in the field of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies. Describes the significance of the interaction with the Centers for collective use of scientific equipment for the formation of psychological readiness of the scientific work of highly qualified engineers in the field of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies. Presents the results of the research components of psychological readiness of students to scientific work in terms of the organized interaction of physical engineering faculty with the Center for collective use of scientific equipment. Students ‘ peculiarities indicators of value orientations of groups of students with varying degrees of satisfaction with career choice. The indices of professional scientific potential future engineers in the field of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies.
