
В статье представляется новый опыт общественно-государственного управления системой среднего профессионального образования в регионе в форме Института корпоративного сотрудничества. Данная форма основана на анализе имеющегося ранее опыта, полномочий органов управления, учета изменений в законодательной и нормативно-содержательной базе, опережающего развития инновационных процессов в среднем профессиональном образовании.
The article presents a new experience of social and public management of the secondary vocational education system in the region in the form of the Institute of Corporate Cooperation. This form is based on an analysis of the previously existing experience, powers of governing bodies, regulatory and informative foundation and innovative processes’ advanced development in secondary vocational education.
