Воспитание у студентов индивидуальной физической культуры

Abstract

В статье рассматривается воспитание индивидуальной физической культуры студента как процесс соединения социального и биологического в человеке. Рассматриваются особенности формирования потребностно-мотивационного компонента физкультурной деятельности учащегося; социально-психологические механизмы, лежащие в основе воспитания индивидуальной физической культуры; выявлено значение гуманистической парадигмы и интегрированной воспитывающей физкультурно-спортивной среды.

The article dwells on the formation of students’ individual physical culture as a process of connecting the social and biological in a person. It studies the need and motivation component of physical activity as well as social and psychological mechanisms underlying the formation of individual physical culture. In addition, the article underlines the importance of the humanistic paradigm and integrated educational sports environment.
