Abstract

ERP и SCADA-системами производственного блока ЗФ ОАО «ГМК «Норильский Никель»the basic kinds of projects of the Program of manufacture perfection projects (PMP) and structure of stages of projects realization at the enterprises of Norilsk industrial region are considered. Specificity the initial and result data used at carrying out of projects PMP. It is marked, that the basic complexity of automation of stages «Diagnostics and Modelling» the project of Total optimization of manufacture is connected with verbal representation of greater set of the initial information. The basic functions of information system « Diagnostics and Modelling » which have been realized as a result of automation of activity of managers is Management of industrial activity perfection (MIAP) are resulted, the scheme of interaction of the given system with ERP and SCADA-systems of industrial block Polar division " Norilsk Nickel » is considered

Рассматриваются основные виды проектов программы совершенствования производства (ПСП) и структура этапов реализации проектов на предприятиях Норильского промышленного региона. Описана специфика исходных и результирующих данных, используемых при проведении проектов ПСП. Отмечается, что основная сложность автоматизации этапов «Диагностика и Моделирование» проекта Тотальной оптимизации производства связана с вербальным представлением большей совокупности исходной информации.
