Система формирования эмпатийной культуры будущих учителей и педагогические условия ее эффективного функционирования

Abstract

The essence of the concept "empathic culture" in relation to future teachers reveals, its main components are characterized in detail. The system of formation of empathic culture of future teachers are based on the complementary methodological approaches describing in detail in the article: the systemoriented, culturological and person-activity. The component structure of system of formation of empathic culture of future teachers are characterized including: the motivational-aimed, the organizational-activity, the test-estimative and the analitico-correcting components. Functioning of the developed system of formation of empathic culture of future teachers is provided with a complex of pedagogical conditions: realization of discipline for choice "a reflexive training workshop", introduction of situational tasks to variable obligatory disciplines, enrichment of programs of teaching practicum with volunteerism.

Раскрывается сущность понятия «эмпатийная культура» применительно к будущим учителям, подробно охарактеризованы основные ее компоненты. Подробно описана система формирования эмпатийной культуры будущих учителей, созданная на основе взаимодополняющих методологических подходов: системного, культурологического и личностно-деятельностного. Охарактеризован компонентный состав системы формирования эмпатийной культуры будущих учителей, включающий мотивационно-целевой, организационно-деятельностный, контрольно-оценочный и аналитико-корректирующий компоненты. Функционирование разработанной системы формирования эмпатийной культуры будущих учителей обеспечивается комплексом педагогических условий: реализация дисциплины по выбору «рефлексивный практикум», введение ситуативных задач в вариативные обязательные дисциплины, обогащение программ практик волонтерской деятельностью.
