The problem of conditions and factors of the subjectivity of future specialist's mannerliness is considered in the article. The subjectivity is connected with such questions as self-realization of the specialist, the idea of possible joint influence of teacher's and students on the form of higher education; view on the subjectivity as the aim of university pedagogical activity, formation of subjective relation to students.
