In the article the analysis of approaches to organizing processes of the enterprise are singled out within the framework of the process approach to management. The processes groups that are defined by different authors are compared. The grouping of processes, depending on their functions is proposed.
В статье проведен анализ подходов к систематизации процессов предприятия, выделяемых в рамках процессного подхода к управлению. Проведено сопоставление групп процессов, определенных различными авторами. Предложена группировка процессов в зависимости от реализуемых ими функций.
