Abstract

В статье описываются результаты исследований по изучению безвредности для спермиев быков сэвилена разных марок и рекомендации его использования в качестве материала для изготовления прозрачной тонкостенной полимерной трубки и других одноразовых стерильных полимерных приборов и инструментов, применяемых для асептического взятия, криоконсервации и хранения спермы быков производителей в облицованных гранулах, а также искусственного осеменения коров и тёлок разными способами по Харьковской технологии.

The paper describes the results of studies on the safety of bovine semen different brands sevilen and recommendation of their use as a material in the manufacture of transparent thin-walled plastic disposable sterile instruments and tools used for aseptic sampling, cryopreservation and storage of bull semen producers coated granules and artificial insemination of cows and heifers in different ways in Kharkiv technolkgy.
