Abstract

Посвящается анализу приводимых в уголовно-процессуальной литературе точек зрения по вопросу усовершенствования процессуальной формы по уголовным делам частного обвинения. Обозначаются соответствующие позиции, даётся их критический анализ. Кроме того, автором приводится собственная точка зрения по препарируемому вопросу.

The article is devoted to the analysis given in the criminal procedure literature points of view on the improvement of procedural form of criminal cases of private prosecution. The article indicated respective positions, given their critical analysis. In addition, the author provides a proper perspective on issue.
