Abstract

The article discusses a number of methods for choosing the optimal composition and mark backfill mixture in underground mining when mining enterprise can use backfill mixtures of various compositions. Cost expenses under separate articles of accounting of prime cost constantly change that at operational planning of filling operations causes the necessity of a choice of the most economic (at observance of safety of mining operations) composition and mark of backfill mixture. The sequence of application of a technique is considered on the example of two-component filling mixtures for conditions of Komsomolsky mine PD OJSC "MMC "NORILSK NICKEL". The algorithm of calculation and necessary graphic constructions are given in article for the structure including cement, tails of enrichment of Talnakhsky dressing-works and water. Data processing on other compared structures is made according to the similar scheme. The conducted researches allow to consider at the same time economic (cost of preparation) and technological (the demanded durability on a certain timepoint of curing) factors.
