Территориально-градостроительные аспекты промышленного освоения Полярного Урала

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы активного освоения северных районов России и включения в народно-хозяйственный потенциал региона не задействованной до сих пор ресурсной базы Приполярного и Полярного Урала. Автор определяет влияние ресурсной базы на развитие промышленного потенциала Уральского региона, в том числе на стратегические направления формирования строительного комплекса. В статье анализируются территориально-градостроительные аспекты промышленного освоения северных территорий.
