Просодия как ключ к пониманию смысла и ее искажение в «Кривом зеркале» пунктуации

Abstract

Считая пунктуацию главным средством передачи семантически существенных аспектов просодии в письменном тексте, мы рассматриваем основные случаи расхождения между смыслоразличительными просодическими признаками и знаками пунктуации на материале русского языка. Такие случаи нуждаются в особом внимании при разработке систем автоматического синтеза речи.

Considering punctuation to be the main means of conveying semantically significant aspects of prosody in written text, we discuss the basic cases of discrepancy between meaningful prosodic features and punctuation markers for Russian. Such cases need special attention in the development of TTS systems.
