Abstract

Когнитивно-поведенческая терапия (КПТ), основанная на возможности изменения стереотипов дисфункционального мышления способна помочь при различных психологических проблемах, изменить их восприятие. За курением часто просматривается какая-либо проблема, эмоциональная проблема, не дающая расслабиться. Проведен анализ эффективности разработанной методики когнитивно-поведенческой психотерапии совместно с методом психической саморегуляции. Результат применения этой целенаправленной краткосрочной методики подтвердил ее эффективность: В короткие сроки прошли симптомы отмены никотина и закрепились навыки нового поведения без сигарет.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is based on the possibility of changing dysfunctional thinking patterns can help with a variety of psychological problems, to change their perceptions. For smoking often seen is a problem, emotional problem, not giving relaxed. The analysis of the efficiency of the developed technique of cognitive behavioral therapy in conjunction with the method of psychic self-regulation. The results of these short-term focused techniques confirm its effectiveness: in a short time passed the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal and entrenched skills new behavior without cigarettes.
