О некоторых аспектах системно-структурного анализа механизма транснациональной преступной деятельности экстремистского характера с позиций криминалистической науки

Abstract

Представлен авторский взгляд на сущность системно-структурного анализа механизма транснациональной преступной деятельности экстремистского характера как структурного элемента криминалистической характеристики преступлений подобного вида. Обосновывается тезис о том, что технологически в основе данного механизма лежит коммуникационная (сетевая) концепция, в структуре которой выделяется ряд типовых уровней (организационно-структурный, доктринальный, технологический, социальный) и функциональных связей («транснациональное преступное формирование экстремистского характера государство», «транснациональное преступное формирование экстремистского характера традиционные крупнейшие мафиозные сообщества», «транснациональное преступное формирование экстремистского характера организации» (религиозные, националистические общественно-политические, некоммерческие и др.).

The author's view of essence of the system and structural analysis of the mechanism of transnational criminal activity of extremist character, as structural element of the criminalistic characteristic of crimes of a similar look is presented in article. The thesis that the communication (network) concept in which structure a number of standard levels (organizational and structural is allocated is the cornerstone of technologically this mechanism, doctrinal, technological, social) and functional communications ("transnational criminal formation of extremist character the state ", "transnational criminal formation of extremist character traditional largest mafia communities", "transnational criminal formation of extremist character the organization" locates (religious, nationalist political, noncommercial, etc.).
