The present research has been initiated in the purpose of studying prevalence of the phenomenon of perfectionism and his connection with the emotional well-being of athletes. There was shown that the sport, oriented at the achievement of extremely high results, secures perfection installation of the athletes. The influence of the perfection facilities on the emotional sphere of athletes is revealed.

Настоящее исследование было проведено с целью изучения распространенности феномена перфекционизма и его связи с эмоциональным благополучием спортсменов. Показано, что спорт, ориентированый на достижение предельно высоких результатов, закрепляет перфекционистские установки у спортсменов. Выявлено влияние перфекционистских установок на эмоциональную сферу спортсменов.
