Abstract

Рассмотрены современные проблемы рынка хмелевого сырья, предлагается методика и расчет емкости рынка хмеля. Особое внимание уделено маркетинговым исследованиям пивоваренной, пищевой, фармацевтической промышленности, которые зависят от отрасли хмелеводства.

The modern market issues hop raw materials, the technique and calculation of market capacity of hops. Particular attention is paid to marketing research, brewery, food and pharmaceutical industries, which depend on the hop industry.
