Abstract

In this article compendious reasoning about competence, competence approach in education, ethnocultural competence are represented. The formation's fundamentals of ethnocultural competence of social work's bachelor in extracurricular professional activity are expounded: in process of persistent practice of students and their participation in voluntary activity.

В статье представлен краткий дискурс компетентности, компетентностного подхода в образовании, этнокультурной компетентности; изложены основы формирования этнокультурной компетентности бакалавров социальной работы во внеаудиторной профессиональной деятельности: в процессе непрерывной практики студентов и их участия в добровольческой деятельности.
