Abstract

Social and psychological predictors of subjective emotional wellbeing of cadets are considered. The regression model allowing to interpret substantially a prediсtion of subjective well-being in the course of professional socialization is constructed. The prediсtion of subjective wellbeing is revealed by properties of the personality, the valuable and semantic sphere and basic belief of the personality. Predictors of subjective wellbeing of the identity of the cadet are: a control locus "I", "process of life (interest and an emotional saturation of life)", "emotional lability", "spontaneous aggression", "conviction in kindness of people", values – "freedom (as independence in acts and actions)", "knowledge (possibility of expansion of the education, an outlook, the general culture, and also intellectual development)". It is established that subjective wellbeing of cadets more depends on expressiveness of the active living position correlated to self-determination of the personality, and also properties of the personality, the most adequate for adaptation in the conditions of military service.
