Investigation of taxable capacity and determination of its size is a relatively new scientific field in the modern Russia, and only one way to evaluate it of all methods for determine the taxable capacity is approved in accord with standard. This method is used for the purposes of determining the amount of funds allocated to the regions of the Fund's of financial support of the region. The definition of the taxable potential of the region in this document is just one part in the calculation of subsidies to regions.

Исследование налогового потенциала и определение его размеров в современной России является достаточно новым научным направлением, и из всех методов определения налогового потенциала нормативно утвержден лишь один способ его оценки. Это метод, используемый для целей определения размера денежных средств, выделяемых регионам из Фонда финансовой поддержки субъектов.
