Психологические механизмы возникновения и трансформации состояния психического выгорания у учителей общеобразовательных школ в аспекте внутрипрофессиональной дифференциации

Abstract

The article presents the results studies of psychological mechanisms of emergence and transformation of mental burnout condition among teachers of secondary school in the aspect of intraprofessional differentiation. Systems of internal regulatory factors exert their effects in all phases of mental burnout condition, understand as the psychological mechanisms of its transformation. Psychological mechanisms of occurrence of mental burnout condition considered as a system of internal regulatory factors exert their effects only in the individual phases. Reflexive-semantic mechanisms act mechanisms of emergence, and stylistic features of self-regulation of behavior and value-motivational mechanisms act mechanisms of transformation of mental burnout condition among teachers of secondary school in the aspect intraprofessional differentiation.

В статье представлены результаты исследования психологических механизмов возникновения и трансформации состояния психического выгорания у учителей общеобразовательных школ в аспекте внутрипрофессиональной дифференциации. Системы внутренних регуляторных факторов, проявляющих свое действие во всех фазах состояния психического выгорания, понимаем как психологические механизмы его трансформации. Психологические механизмы возникновения состояния психического выгорания рассматриваем как системы внутренних регуляторных факторов, проявляющих свое действие лишь в отдельных фазах. Рефлексивно-смысловые механизмы выступают механизмами возникновения, а стилевые особенности саморегуляции поведения и ценностно-мотивационные механизмы – механизмами трансформации состояния психического выгорания.
