Abstract

For the first time quantum chemical research of the mechanism of reaction of synthesis 2,2-bi (o-atsetiloksimetil) 1-o-atsetilbutanol classical method MNDO is executed. It was shown that synthesis 2,2-bi (o-atsetiloksimetil) 1-oatsetilbutanol is the result of an agreed interaction of acetyl chloride and 1 -[2 -(o-atsetilmethil) 3-о-acetyl-2-ethil]methildihlorfosfit which proceeds according to mechanism of bimolecular nucleophilic substitution SN2. It was set that this reaction is exothermic and has a barrier nature. The size of energy barrier is 320 kJ/mol.
