Abstract

The article presents a set of conditions for bridging the gap between secondary schools and vocational educational organizations which blocks joint solving of vocational guidance task. These conditions include: institutional centralization of secondary vocational education students’ professional self-determination support; vocational guidance work with labour dynasties; prospective student base formation; using intermediary organizations; system-synergetic integration on the basis of secondary vocational education organization. Implementation of the denoted set of conditions contributes to continuity of students’ professional self-determination support during their transition from secondary school to vocational educational organizations.
