Социально-педагогические условия формирования культуры дорожно-транспортной безопасности молодежи

Abstract

В статье раскрываются и обосновываются социально - педагогические условия и социокультурная модель эффективного формирования культуры дорожно-транспортной безопасности молодёжи, описываются результаты экспериментальной работы. Определены социально-педагогические условия культуры дорожно-транспортной безопасности молодёжи: использование потенциала системы дополнительного образования, привлечение молодежи к культурно-творческой деятельности по пропаганде традиций безопасного поведения в дорожно-транспортной среде, социально-просветительская деятельность ГИБДД МВД по Республике Татарстан по формированию информационно-правовых основ безопасного поведения молодёжи в дорожно-транспортной среде, формирование ключевых компетенций безопасного поведения с учетом возрастной специфики молодежи. Предложена модель эффективного формирования культуры дорожно-транспортной безопасности молодёжи. Целевой компонент модели определяет цель и задачи исследования. Теоретико-методологический компонент модели содержит в себе общие и частные принципы. Содержательный компонент модели включает в себя организационно-педагогическую деятельность. Диагностико-результативный компонент модели на основе выделения критериев и уровней сформированности культуры дорожно-транспортной безопасности молодёжи определяет планируемые результаты данного процесса.

The article describes and substantiates the socio pedagogical conditions and socio-cultural model of effective road safety culture formation of youth, describes the results of experimental work. Socio-pedagogical conditions of road safety culture formation of youth are defined: using the potential of the additional education system, attracting young people to cultural and creative activities to promote the traditions of safe behavior in traffic environment, socio-educational activities of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan on the formation of information-legal bases of safe behavior in traffic environment, the development of key competences of safe behavior, taking into account age-specific of youth. The model of effective creating of road safety culture formation of youth is proposed. The target component of model defines the purpose and objectives of the study. Theoretical and methodological component of model contains general and specific principles. Substantive component of the model includes organizational-pedagogical activity. Diagnostic-effective component of model-based on criteria and levels selection of development of road safety culture formation of youth defines the expected results of this process.
