Стратегии, методы поддержки и модель управления ТОиР оборудования

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены разные стратегии для технического обслуживания и ремонта. Показана связь между изменением технического состояния оборудования и принимаемой стратегией ремонтов. Выделены группы средств поддержки и повышения эффективности ТОиР, основные проблемы организации эффективного проведения ТОиР. На основе анализа предметной области ремонтной службы предложена и обоснована ее модель, ориентированная на повышение качества в управлении техническим обслуживанием и ремонтом.

In this article different stratagies of MRO were examined. The relationship between plant technical state and strategy of maintenance was shown. Support facility and rising performance groups was marked.In the foundation of analysis region object MRO, model was considered,which orients to rise quality of maintenance management.
