
The author describes the algorithm of formation of the logistic strategy in relation to entrepreneurial structures based on auto-dealership in the context of qualitative growth and concentration of the market. The article emphasizes the importance of integration of auto-dealership companies and their transformation into multi-brand structures, as well as improvement of relations with foreign owners of trade brands
