Abstract

The author describes the algorithm of formation of the logistic strategy in relation to entrepreneurial structures based on auto-dealership in the context of qualitative growth and concentration of the market. The article emphasizes the importance of integration of auto-dealership companies and their transformation into multi-brand structures, as well as improvement of relations with foreign owners of trade brands

В статье представлены алгоритмические приемы формирования логистической стратегии автодилерских предпринимательских структур в условиях количественного роста и концентрации рынка. Доказана необходимость интеграции автодилерских компаний и их трансформации в мультибрендовые структуры, совершенствования практики взаимодействия с владельцами иностранных торговых марок
