Анализ экономической эффективности строительства мини-ТЭЦ с учетом возможностей Киотского протокола

Abstract

Статья посвящена выбору оптимальной мощности и анализу экономической эффективности газо-поршневой мини-ТЭЦ. Киотский протокол предполагает создание углеродных фондов, которые готовы профинансировать энергоэффективные проекты в объеме сокращенных выбросов углекислого газа. За базовый вариант принято питание потребителей от энергосистемы.
