Abstract

In the article attempts to find out the most possible source of origin of the term “slang” are undertaken. In the research process different versions have been offered by the author indicating the beginning and subsequent development of structural and semantic meaning of the word.

В статье рассматриваются материалы, связанные с определением наиболее вероятного источника происхождения термина «сленг». В процессе исследования автором были выявлены различные версии, указывающие на возникновение и последующее развитие его структурно-семантического значения.
