
The problems of training qualified personnel as strategic directions for the economic development of the country are viewed; structural elements of preparedness to management activities as part of professional readiness of students of middle level to the functional responsibilities of the Manager. The object of study includes the components of readiness management activities of specialists with secondary vocational education. The role and importance of each component of management activity in the formation of competitive specialists is substantiated.
В статье рассматриваются проблемы подготовки квалифицированных кадров как стратегическое направление экономического развития страны; выделяются компоненты готовности к управленческой деятельности в соответствии с функциональными обязанностями руководителя учреждения среднего профессионального образования. Обосновывается роль и значение каждого компонента готовности к управленческой деятельности в формировании конкурентоспособных специалистов.
