The authors consider the problem of reasonable spending of the budgetary funds allocated for carrying out the forensic examinations and studies of the criminal cases, the investigation of which is carried out by the investigators and interrogators of interior bodies, and propose the ways to solve it.

Авторами рассматривается проблема обоснованного расходования бюджетных средств на производство судебных экспертиз и исследований по уголовным делам, расследование которых осуществляется следователями и дознавателями органов внутренних дел и предлагаются пути ее решения.
