Острые миелоидные лейкозы с транслокацией t(7;21)(p22;q22), делецией 5q, экспрессией CD56 и гемофагоцитарным синдромом: собственное клиническое наблюдение и обзор литературы

Abstract

Представлены клинические и лабораторные данные больного 13 лет с описанным в 2006 г. CD56-позитивным острым миелоидным лейкозом (ОМЛ) со скрытой транслокацией t(7;21)(p12;q22) и образованием химерного гена RUNX1/USP42, а также с делецией длинного плеча хромосомы 5 и гемофагоцитозом. По литературным данным, этот вариант ОМЛ чаще наблюдается у лиц мужского пола, характеризуется резистентностью к проводимой терапии и неплохим ответом на аллогенную трансплантацию гемопоэтических стволовых клеток.
