
В статье рассматривается подготовка твердого сплава, с сочетанием нескольких способов воздействия на поверхность. Выявлено, что применение высокоэнергетической обработки в процессе синтеза, позволяет сформировать сплошное покрытие, а так же уменьшить размер алмазных зародышей и повысить чистоту алмазной фазы в пленке.
The paper explains how to prepare solid carbide with combination of several ways of influence on surface. Is revealed that the use high-energy processing in the synthesis process allows forming a continuous coating, as well as reduce the particle size of diamond and improve the purity of the diamond phase to the film.
