Проблемы подготовки преподавательских кадров в условиях современных образовательных реформ

Abstract

В статье представлен материал о подготовке преподавательских кадров в Советском союзе и современной Российской Федерации, в странах Северной Америки, Юго-Восточной Азии, Западной Европы. Проанализированы проблемы подготовки преподавательских кадров в системе среднего и высшего профессионального образования в различных странах. Представлен сравнительный анализ системы подготовки учителей начальных классов, неполных средних и средних школ, преподавателей высшей школы в различных типах образовательных учебных заведений разных стран.
