Abstract

In the article there are analyzed conditions and forms of personnel resources training in the sphere of health care. There are considered several questions of enhancing mechanisms of implementing the right on professional training, re-training of personnel with consideration of health care institution's needs and rationing expended financial funds.

В статье анализируются состояние и формы подготовки кадровых ресурсов здравоохранения. Рассматриваются некоторые вопросы совершенствования механизмов реализации права на профессиональную подготовку, переподготовку кадров с учетом нужд учреждения здравоохранения и рационирования расходуемых финансовых средств.
