Abstract

Актуальность формирования профессиональной компетентности определяется современными нормативными ориентирами в сфере дошкольного образования и социальным запросом на обеспечение качественного дошкольного образования, в том числе в области интеллектуального развития детей. В статье рассматриваются концептуальные основания формирования профессиональной компетентности педагога дошкольного образования в сфере интеллектуального развития детей 3-7 лет. Представляется рассмотрение профессиональной компетентности педагога в логике системного, деятельностного, технологического и компетентностного подходов. В контексте рассмотрения проблемы в статье разработан вариант определения понятий "профессиональная компетентность педагога", "Формирование профессиональной компетентности педагога дошкольного образования в сфере интеллектуального развития детей".

The relevance of the formation of professional competence is defined modern regulatory benchmarks in the sphere of preschool education and social demand on the provision of quality preschool education, including in the area of intellectual development of children. The article discusses the conceptual basis of formation of professional competence of the teacher of preschool education in the field of intellectual development of children 3-7 years. It seems the professional competence of the teacher in the logic system, activity, technology and competency-based approaches. In the context of consideration of the issues in the article developed variant definitions of "professional competence of a teacher", "the formation of, professional competence of the teacher of preschool education in the field of intelligent development of children".
