Особенности оценки технико-технологического потенциала отечественных промышленных предприятий

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей развития и оценки управления технико-технологическим потенциалом, с использованием методов и подходов, обуславливающих максимально информативный результат диагностики технико-технологического потенциала предприятия. Исследовано влияние факторов на формирование структурных элементов производственного потенциала промышленного предприятия, оценены параметры качественных и количественных характеристик технико-технологического потенциала, осуществлено сравнение различных методик для оценки потенциала. В работе предложено использование комплексной методики диагностики, объединившей в себе элементы ресурсного и вероятностного подходов, эффективной с точки зрения экономии времени, наглядности и удобства, а также позволяющей оценить и обеспечить условия устойчивого развития на основе повышения эффективности использования технико-технологического потенциала.

The article investigates the features of the development and evaluation of management of technical and technological potential, using techniques and approaches that lead to the most informative diagnostic result of technical and technological potential of the enterprise. The influence of factors on the structural elements of the productive capacity of the industrial enterprise, to estimate the parameters of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the technical and technological capacity, carried out a comparison of different methods to assess the potential. The paper proposed the use of complex diagnostic techniques, combining elements of resource and probabilistic approaches, effective in terms of time savings, visibility and convenience, as well as allowing to estimate and provide for sustainable development on the basis of efficiency of technical and technological capacity.
