Abstract

The training technique offered by the author is directed on development of communicative abilities of the translator who is carrying out professional interaction in sphere of jurisprudence. Novelty of the research consists in working out of problem-professional modeling of process of training to professional dialogue of translators carrying out work in sphere of jurisprudence on the basis of performance of typical kinds of activity of the expert of the given area, and also in working out of theoretical and technological bases of the given phenomenon.

Предлагаемая автором методика направлена на развитие коммуникативных умений переводчика, осуществляющего профессиональное взаимодействие в сфере юриспруденции. Новизна исследования заключается в разработке проблемно-профессионального моделирования процесса обучения профессиональному общению переводчиков, осуществляющих работу в сфере юриспруденции на основе выполнения типичных видов деятельности специалиста данной области, а также в разработке теоретических и технологических основ данного феномена.
