Abstract

В условиях модернизации современного образования, проходящей на фоне социального духовно-нравственного кризиса, проблема формирования профессиональной компетентности преподавателя «православной культуры» приобретает особую актуальность. Наблюдается несоответствие требований к ее уровню, законодательно определенному в нормативно-правовых документах последнего времени, и системы подготовки педагогов. В частности, это проявляется в отсутствии законодательно определенной педагогической категории «преподаватель православной культуры и духовно-нравственного воспитания», из-за чего учитель попадает в двусмысленное положение при прохождении аттестации и что повышает требования к его самоподготовке. Столь же противоречив и содержательный аспект, так как имеющиеся в документах понятия «базовые ценности» и «национальный образовательный идеал» не носят абсолютного характера и определяются аксиологическим выбором самого учителя. Совокупность данных противоречий определяет возможности и особенности подготовки учителей в условиях повышения квалификации.

In conditions of modernization of contemporary education carried out against the background of spiritual and moral crisis in society the issue of Orthodox Culture teacher's professional competence acquires special significance. One can notice discrepancy between proficiency demands, recently established by law, and the system of teachers' training. One such inconsistency is absence of legal pedagogical category "teacher of Orthodox culture and spiritual-moral education". This creates ambiguous situation at qualifying evaluation and makes the task of teachers' self-training much more challenging. The content aspect is as contradictory, for the concepts of "basic values" and of "national educational ideal" are no absolutes and are determined by the value system of the teacher. Potential and characteristics of advanced teacher training is determined by the sum of these discrepancies.
