Abstract

The General and special management concepts of the classical political economy founders and the finaliters is found through the prism of W. Petty and P. Boisguilbert works, on the one hand, and J. S. Mill and K. Marx, on the other. Identified facing the first not only to the almighty «economic laws», but also for coordinating and regulating functions of the government, and the second, to the judgments of historically transient character of the «economic laws’ in view of the inevitable formation in the future of socially oriented economic system.
