Кластерные сети как базовое структурное звено инновационной экономики

Abstract

Цель статьи заключается в том, чтобы выяснить особое внимание сетевой кооперации трёх ведущих институциональных секторов — государства, бизнеса и науки, поскольку такая модель взаимодействий («тройная спираль», согласно концепции Ицковица—Лейдесдорфа) определяет устройство современных кластеров и инновационной экономики в целом. Приведены графические иллюстрации, показывающие механизм функционирования кластеров как инновационных экосистем, их институциональные отличия от других типов агломераций, а также достигаемую в кластерах синергию роста производительности (согласно М. Портеру).
