Abstract

The article deals with the issues of multiplicity of crimes under the conditions of perfection of criminal legislation. The notion of multiplicity of crimes, its features and types are being formed by the author on the basis of analysis of opinions of various scholars.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы множественности преступления в условиях совершенствования уголовного законодательства. На основе анализа мнений различных ученых автором формулируется понятие множественности преступлений, ее признаки и виды.
