Abstract

В статье раскрывается значение судебно-экономической экспертизы в качестве источника доказательственной информации по уголовным и гражданским делам, приводится классификация судебно-экономических экспертиз по законодательству Республики Казахстан и Российской Федерации, затрагиваются проблемные вопросы назначения и производства судебно-экономических экспертиз.

The article reveals the importance of forensic economic expertise as a source of evidence in criminal and civil cases, describes classification of forensic economic expertise according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, covers the problematic issues of appointment and production of forensic economic expertise.
