The paper focuses on the methodology of enterprise development during the development of a new industrial economy. The authors state that implementation of organizational and economic transformation is taking place in the course of modernizing Russian economy. In this regard the paper shows the relationship of the innovation vector of enterprise development and necessary structural reforms. The paper contains an analysis of control systems at industrial plants that allows following the evolution of changes in management and Russian economy. The authors point out major problems specific to the development of innovative enterprises in the new economy. In order to select areas of structural transformation of industrial enterprises the paper provides an assessment of options for possible development strategies. The paper deals with the strategic objectives of new industrialization of Russian companies in general and suggests new approaches to the implementation of structural reforms of industrial organizations, including improvement of structures, systems and management practices, introduction of modern technologies of management and accounting within the basic concepts of organizational development of enterprises.

В статье основное внимание уделено методологии развития предприятия в условиях формирования новой индустриальной экономики. Осуществление организационно-экономических преобразований проходит в условиях модернизации экономики России. В этой связи показана взаимосвязь инновационного вектора развития предприятий и необходимых для этой цели структурных преобразований. Анализ системы управления на промышленных предприятиях позволил проследить эволюцию изменений в менеджменте и отечественном бизнесе. Отмечаются основные проблемы, характерные для построения системы инновационного развития предприятий в новой экономике. Для выбора направлений структурных преобразований предприятий промышленности дается оценка вариантов возможных стратегий развития. В работе рассматриваются стратегические задачи новой индустриализации российских предприятий в целом, а также предлагаются новые подходы к осуществлению структурных преобразований промышленных организаций, в том числе совершенствование структуры, систем и методов управления, внедрение современных технологий менеджмента и учета в рамках основных концепций организационного развития предприятий.
