Совершенствование трудо-правового статуса беременных женщин и лиц, имеющих детей

Abstract

The article presents a short review of fundamental problems of legal regulation of social-labor rights of special category of workers pregnant women and women with children. The author reveals the lacunas in labor legislation, regulating the issues of conclusion, change and dissolution of labor contract and also the relationships on working time, leisure time and protection of labor of pregnant women and women with children, formulates a number of proposals with regard to improvement thereof.

В данной научной статье рассмотрены основные проблемы правового регулирования социально - трудовых прав особой категории работников - беременных женщин. Нами были обозначены значимые пробелы трудового законодательства, в области заключения, изменения и расторжения трудового договора. Подробно рассмотрены отношения по рабочему времени, времени отдыха, охране трудовой деятельности беременных женщин, и представлен ряд предложений по их совершенствованию.
