Приводится теоретический анализ проблемы определения понятия «недоношенный ребёнок». Проанализированы основные проблемы соматоневрологического и психического развития недоношенных детей, трудности ранней диагностики отклонений в развитии. Описаны проблемы формирования отношений в системе «взрослый-ребёнок» в зависимости от условий воспитания.
