
In article is considered question connected with study of the histories of the development of the institute of the punishment in relatively-правовом aspect. Define the purposes of the punishment, his problems, facility of the provision, create the most efficient system of the institutions and organ their performing, it is impossible without knowledge of his histories. Herewith, there is in view of as history of the development of the system of the formation and developments of the institutions and organ, their performing, so and ретроспектива outlooks scien-tist and reformer on purpose and problems of the punish-ment.
В статье рассматривается вопрос, связанный с изучением истории развития института наказания в сравнительно-правовом аспекте. Определить цели наказания, его задачи, средства обеспечения, создать наиболее эффективную систему учреждений и органов их исполняющих, нельзя без знания его истории. При этом имеется в виду как история развития системы становления и развития учреждений и органов, их исполняющих, так и ретро-спектива воззрений ученых и реформаторов на цель и задачи наказания.
