In article is considered question connected with study of the histories of the development of the institute of the punishment in relatively-правовом aspect. Define the purposes of the punishment, his problems, facility of the provision, create the most efficient system of the institutions and organ their performing, it is impossible without knowledge of his histories. В статье рассматривается вопрос, связанный с изучением истории развития института наказания в сравнительно-правовом аспекте. Определить цели наказания, его задачи, средства обеспечения, создать наиболее эффективную систему учреждений и органов их исполняющих, нельзя без знания его истории.
