Abstract

Many people convinced on own experience, that their health suffers from stress. The most subtle changes occurring in organism under action of stress, certainly, are not appreciable. Last researches of geneticists say that even such usual business as examinations can cause serious stress over students. The sources of stress and their influence on perception of an educational material, and also on performance of technique elements during educational lessons of "Physical education" in tabletennis section at students of Technical University are analyzed in the clause.

Большинство убедилось на собственном опыте, что от стресса страдает здоровье. Наиболее тонкие изменения, происходящие в организме под действием стресса, конечно, не заметны. Последние исследования генетиков говорят о том, что даже такое обычное дело, как экзамены, может вызвать серьезный стресс у студентов. В данной статье анализируются источники стресса и их влияние на восприятие учебного материала, а также на выполнение технических приемов во время учебных занятий по "Физическому воспитанию" в отделении настольного тенниса у студентов Технического университета.
