Abstract

В статье авторы предлагают организационно-управленческий механизм регулирования издержек взаимодействием активных и пассивных систем. В качестве примера рассматривается модель управления эффективностью функционирования системой энергообеспечения. Предложены модели управления : экономико математическая модель и организационные.
