О направлениях совершенствования установления категорий и разрешенного использования земель

Abstract

В статье рассматривается институт деления земель на категории по целевому назначению, предусмотренному земельным законодательством. Исследуется значение этого института для регулирования земельных отношений, анализируется его современное состояние. Оцениваются идеи реформирования отрасли, в том числе предложения об отмене принципа деления земель на категории. Делается заключение о том, что для решения существующих проблем следует внести изменения в российское законодательство при сохранении неизменными принципиальных институтов.

The author refers to the institution of dividing of lands the categories according to the purpose provided for land legislation. Investigated importance of this institution in the regulation of land relations, its current state. Are also estimated the idea of reform, including proposals for the abolition of the principle of the division of land into categories. It is concluded that in order to solve the existing problems should be amended in the Russian legislation, while maintaining the same fundamental institutions.
