Abstract

The paper dwells upon different methodological approaches to analysis of distributional relations. The authors justify limitations of neoclassical analysis of distribution. Reproduction approach to the analysis of economic relations allows revealing the process of intensification and weakening of cooperation among different elements of the system. It creates an opportunity to analyze various connections of distribution with production, exchange and consumption in respect to distributional relations. Only complex approach based on combination of all existing approaches provides an opportunity to explain the nature of contradictions of distribution in Russia and to work out an institutional and economic mechanism of overcoming them.
